WatchWave

WatchWave FAQ

General

What is WatchWave?

WatchWave is a content aggregator that lets you discover and watch movies, TV shows, and anime by linking to third-party hosting services. We don't host any video files ourselves — we simply organize and link to content hosted elsewhere.

Is WatchWave free to use?

Yes, WatchWave is free to use.

Do I need an account to use WatchWave?

Yes, an account is required to use WatchWave. Signing up lets us provide access to the Service, save your watchlist, track your viewing progress, and sync your preferences across devices.

Content & Streaming

Why is a video not loading or buffering?

Since content is hosted by third-party providers, playback issues are sometimes on their end rather than ours. Try refreshing the page, switching to a different source/server if available, or trying again later.

Why is a movie or show missing or removed?

Third-party sources occasionally take content down or move it. If something you were watching disappears, it's usually due to changes on the hosting provider's side, not WatchWave.

Can I request a movie or show be added?

We're always looking to expand what's available. Feel free to email us at narutoboy603@gmail.com with requests.

Does WatchWave host the videos?

No. WatchWave does not host, upload, or store any video files. All content is provided and hosted by third-party services not affiliated with WatchWave.

Account & Data

What data does WatchWave collect?

We use Firebase to handle account sign-in and to save things like your watchlist and viewing progress. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account or data?

Email us at narutoboy603@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

Is my information safe?

We rely on Firebase's security infrastructure for authentication and data storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to keep things safe.

Copyright & Legal

I'm a copyright holder and want content removed. What do I do?

Email narutoboy603@gmail.com with a description of the copyrighted work, the URL(s) on WatchWave in question, and your contact info. See our Copyright and DMCA Notice for the full process.

Is WatchWave legal?

WatchWave operates as a content aggregator that links to third-party sources, and does not host any content itself. Responsibility for the legality of specific content lies with the third-party hosts. Users are responsible for ensuring their own use complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

Ads

Why am I seeing ads / getting redirected?

WatchWave may display ads from third-party providers. We're not responsible for redirects or issues caused by interacting with these ads — closing the tab/pop-up and returning to WatchWave usually resolves it.
